Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a talented and self-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the industrial engineering sector.

This part-time role offers growth potential, flexible work-from-home setup, and an opportunity to grow with the business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute day-to-day marketing tasks, freeing up time for strategy and sales
  • Create, update, and format brochures, flyers, seasonal promotional materials, catalogues, business cards, email signatures, and uniform artwork
  • Design and update website content (WordPress – images, product info, basic copy changes), schedule and post social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Sourcing promotional gear/merchandise, liaising with printers, merchandise suppliers, and other third parties
  • Light photo editing (e.g., background cleanup, colour correction)
About the Role

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone with proven marketing and design skills who can take a project brief, run with it, and deliver high-quality work on time.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar role
  • Strong design skills – confident using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity Designer/Publisher
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork for flyers, brochures, and catalogues
  • Familiar with WordPress or other CMS for basic website updates
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without micromanagement
  • Creative thinker – happy to contribute ideas, not just execute tasks
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with some NZ time zone overlap (3–4 hours)
