About the Opportunity

The Retail Property Executive will work closely with the Senior Strategic Leasing Manager to develop and implement effective leasing strategies, ensure to meet targeted effective rental scheme and monitor year-to-year escalation to protect revenue income. They will also conduct regular observation tours of competition areas to keep up with trends of the commercial center and retail industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate leasing, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a retail or mall environment. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the full implementation of tenancy mixed zones.
    • Develop and recommend leasing plans that maximize rental income and occupancy rates.
    • Administer all leasing activities, including lease negotiation, documentation, and enforcement.
    • Conduct regular observation tours of competition areas.
    • Meet tenants regularly to get updates and establish good rapport.
