About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Assistant who will coordinate and organize activities related to the identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of our goods. As a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual, you will ensure the In-Stock Ratio is always 100% and find innovative solutions to improve the quality/cost ratio.

About You
To excel in this role, you need:

  1. At least 2-3 years of supply chain/inventory management experience
  2. Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail
  3. Problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset
  4. Experience with formulas and large data sets on Google Sheets, as well as Amazon FBA

Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will:

  1. Oversee production, QC, and shipping processes to exceed expectations
  2. Develop supply chain strategies to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost
  3. Manage sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies
  4. Manage Amazon inventory management tasks, including shipments and forecasts
  5. Coordinate global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, and profitability maximization
