{"h1": "Distributor Manager Job Description"} Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distributor Manager to join our team at NABATI FOOD PHILIPPINES, INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, collaborating with upper management, and developing strategies to increase sales volume and market share. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee assigned sales team to ensure regular achievement of financial, operational, and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with upper management to create project plans and set benchmarks for the sales team.
  • Partner with upper management to analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction data.
  • Meet with clients to discuss products, prices, delivery schedules, and other business concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Branch Manager and Human Capital to attract, hire, and develop a highly motivated sales team.
  • Monitor inventory levels to meet client and customer demands for Nabati products.
  • Monitor the sales team's performance to support business goals and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve complaints regarding the sales team and take steps to improve or correct performance.
Requirements
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience gained from an FMCG organization.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and creative thinking.
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach with aptitude.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule.
