This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective use of processes, applications, and communication within WHR Global Consulting. The role will work closely with functional teams to focus on process improvement activities, including implementing new processes and analyzing current processes to identify efficiency and service delivery opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintains global profiles in LSS based on customer requirements
  • Ensures user access control in LSS according to users' needs
  • Solves problems through discussion with relative team members
  • Collaborates with GPA, origins, and destinations to ensure accurate and timely profile set up support operation
  • Cleanses LSS data as required
Key Performance Indicators
  • Delivers process improvements that result in cost savings and increased efficiency
  • Ensures smooth deployment of new processes and applications
  • Provides regular updates on project status
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, English, Business mgmt., or related discipline
  • 3-5 years' experience in international logistics environment. Experience in Process Improvement and/or other field relevant to logistics is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
