  • Assist advisors in creating detailed financial plans for clients
  • Conduct thorough research on insurance products, financial concepts, superannuation, and tax strategies
  • Prepare and analyze financial needs analysis reports to support the development of financial plans
  • Collaborate with advisors to identify suitable investment strategies based on client needs and goals
  • Participate in client meetings with advisors to present and review financial plans
  • Work with clients to gather necessary financial information and documents
  • Understand and interpret legal documents related to insurance products
  • Manage and update client information in our database
','Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role in the insurance industry
  • Accounting or similar experience is highly beneficial
  • Strong numerical and logical reasoning skills
  • Excellent math skills and comfort working with numbers
  • Familiarity with legal documents related to insurance products
  • A desire to become an expert in both insurance products and advice preparation
  • Superb command of the English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in calculations and materials prepared
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in your learning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
