Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key part in developing engaging visual content, maintaining internal and external communication channels, and ensuring brand consistency across materials.

The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and experience in digital marketing platforms. They will also be skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals, and client presentation materials.
  • Manage and update content for internal platforms like the company intranet.
  • Support brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with the creation and layout of bid documents, ensuring alignment with submission requirements.
  • Organize and maintain bid-related materials using tools like Ceros.
  • Utilize Monday.com to coordinate and track marketing projects and tasks.
  • Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.
  • Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools is highly preferred.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills ability to facilitate effective cross-team collaboration.
