We are seeking a skilled client service professional to join our team.

This role is designed for an individual who can work independently, take initiative, and build trust within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end client service processes to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Prepare and review financial documents with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support financial advisers by handling tasks with efficiency.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
  • Liaise with clients and providers to follow up on applications and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client services or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with advisers, providers, and clients.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and committed to building trust and long-term relationships.
