The ServiceNow Platform Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing client scripts, UI Actions, ACL's, business rules, workflows, and configuring or modifying applications to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices and standards on the ServiceNow platform.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement client scripts, UI Actions, ACL's, business rules, workflows, and configure or modify applications to meet business requirements;
  • Implement CMDB, specifically identify CIs (Manual / discovery), create and/or validate relationships, implement APIs for CI feeds into the DB, CMDB audits, conflict management of CMDB data, etc.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes, experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions, and knowledge of agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
