HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR Recruitment Staff to join our team at Infinity Outsourcing Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's manpower requirements and assisting the assistant manager in end-to-end recruitment. This includes coordinating with hiring managers, advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making recommendations to the management team.

• Coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
• Advertising job openings on various platforms and managing job postings
• Screening resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate skills and experience
• Making recommendations to the management team regarding candidate suitability
