We are a reputable company based in Dasmariñas, Cavite, seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Recovery Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect payments from clients and issue accurate receipts and invoices.
  • Follow up on outstanding collections through phone calls and personal visits.
  • Prepare and submit daily collection reports to management.
  • Distribute billing documents to clients and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor receivables and proactively pursue overdue accounts.
  • Ensure customer contact information and financial records are up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing and preparation of booking materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit and collections.
  • Strong understanding of credit and collection processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 35,000 - PHP 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience, plus benefits package including health insurance and retirement plan.
