Job Title: Financial Services Leader

The position of a Financial Services Leader is responsible for managing and leading a team to ensure accurate accounting records, provide support to business users, and implement new systems and processes. This role ensures that all Service Level Agreements and compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of escalation with stakeholders to resolve issues with SimCorp Dimension (SCD).
  • Lead the team in ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery to stakeholders.
  • Monitor the team shared mailbox and take appropriate actions.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses to identify root causes of production problems and develop timely solutions.
  • Analyze accounting data to ensure accurate accounting records.
  • Investigate anomalies within Simcorp and recommend resolution or escalation.
  • Implement and validate changes to accounting procedures and update documentation.
  • Prepare and verify information for monthly client reports, management reports, and other financial reports.
  • Analyze trends and report results to Business Unit/Management.
  • Lead regular business reviews and produce dashboard and metrics reports.
  • Participate in projects to develop and implement new systems and products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Leadership experience of 5 years or more.
  • Professional Accounting designation preferred.
  • Experience working directly with business clients and application support teams.
