Responsibilities
- Design and develop a comprehensive undergraduate program in entrepreneurship with a focus on technopreneurship
- Ensure that the school meets all relevant regulatory requirements for offering the BS-Entrepreneurship / Technopreneurship program
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop course offerings and syllabi that align with industry needs and academic standards
- Establish relationships with industry partners to provide internship and job placement opportunities for graduates
- Develop and implement strategies for marketing the program to attract high-quality students
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration or Entrepreneurship, with at least 5-8 years of experience in educational management and administrative responsibilities as a Dean or Program Head. You should also have extensive understanding of government guidelines in creating and maintaining new courses for higher education, as well as exposure to policy creation, implementation, and design. Strong relationship-building and business communication skills are essential, along with an excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal).
