Financial Analyst

About the Role
  • Support senior finance partners in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting for product marketing and development teams.
  • Deliver actionable insights through analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
  • Collaborate with product managers to develop comprehensive business cases for new initiatives.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  • Compile and assess monthly financial commentary for accuracy and clarity.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Manage and improve financial models and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with financial control and business support teams to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and strengthen controls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Driven, detail-oriented, and capable of producing accurate work under pressure.
  • Pursuing professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA is beneficial.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with professionalism and continuous improvement attitude, ideally with FP&A experience.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have a strong collaborative mindset.
