Marketing Strategist Job Description

Spearhead key marketing activities to drive the growth and quality of the loan portfolio for Consumer Lending Group.

  • Establish strategic partnerships with developers in Metro Manila branches.
  • Manage account relationships, line utilization, site inspections, and renewals for developers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to achieve targets.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost home loan applications.
  • Analyze market trends and conduct studies to stay updated on consumer behavior.
  • Provide updates on new policies and procedures to team members.
  • Achieve performance goals for team members.
Requirements
