Marketing Coordinator Role

This marketing coordinator position requires a detail-oriented individual who can oversee the ad creative production pipeline, track production details, and maintain organized repositories for creative assets.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination or project management at a CPG or wellness brand, with proven record of managing creative pipelines and meeting aggressive deadlines.

  • Project Management Skills: Oversee the ad creative production pipeline from concept to media buyer handoff, ensuring on-time delivery without sacrificing detail or velocity.
  • Creative Asset Management: Track production details across vendors, freelancers, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Conduct meticulous quality control on all creative assets, flagging compliance or brand guideline issues and escalating for clarity as needed.
  • Creator Relationships: Manage creator relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, platform and permissions setup, and campaign management.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly Meta ads performance reports highlighting winning/losing creators, concepts, and hooks, collaborating with our media buyers for deeper insights.
