We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collection Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
**Job Description:**
As a Collection Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving payments and reporting all collections in a timely manner.
You will also ensure timely preparation of collection and other collection-related reports.
In addition, you will have proven experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or General Accounting for at least 1 year.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
**Education:**
Bachelor's Degree holder in Financial Management/Accounting, BSBA or related field.
**Experience:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or General Accounting for at least 1 year.
**Skills:**
Excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially strong in EXCEL.
Good organizational skills, hardworking, and able to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
English Proficient.
