  • SQL Expertise: Strong skills in writing SQL queries/scripts from scratch, understanding stored procedures, tables, joins, etc.
  • Experience: Over 3 years in a similar role, ideally in the technology or financial sector
  • Relational Databases: Proficient in SQL Server/PostgresDB
  • Cloud Services: Experience with AWS (certification is a plus)
  • Programming: Must have skills in Java and/or Python
  • ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL V3 is a bonus)
  • Incident & Problem Management: Proven experience required
