The Role

This position is responsible for performing initial system setup and providing support for technical issues and evolutive changes in both maintenance and implementation phases of an account.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to make effort estimates for development of ad-hoc system requirements.
  • Work with Products and Development teams to resolve issues and propose new functionalities for the standard product as required by customers.
  • Evaluate adherence to Exchange standard guidelines for documented functionalities.
  • Configure the standard Exchange solution according to customer-specific questionnaires provided by the project governance team.
  • Perform testing for different phases of a project as required.
  • Resolve technical problems related to application setup.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with HR pre-, post-, and payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactors.
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
