Application Management, Associate

About the Job

Responsible to perform the most suitable initial setup of the system and provide the necessary support and assistance for technical issues and evolutive changes, both in the maintenance and implementation phases of the account.

Tasks

The specific tasks associated to this position are:

Implementation:

  1. Provides assistance to make effort estimates for the development of allowed ad-hoc system requirements by the customer
  2. Collaborates with the Products and development team in resolving issues and proposing new functionalities for the standard product as required by customers
  3. Ensures adherence to the Exchange standard guidelines with respect to the standard documented functionalities
  4. Adapts and configures the standard Exchange solution according to the customer specific questionnaire provided by the project governance team
  5. Performs testing for the different phases of a project as required.
  6. Resolves technical problems related to the application setup
  7. Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production)

Maintenance and Support:

  1. Investigates and resolves technical problems related to the application setup
  2. Performs unit testing for system fixes and new parametrization to ensure the solution works according to the specifications
  3. Supports the client on queries regarding application functions through collaboration with payroll operations and data control teams
  4. Conducts routine checks for preventive maintenance on the system

Qualifications

In addition to the common skills to all Strada employees, the specific ones for this position are:

  1. Preferably has knowledge of HR pre-, post-, and payroll processing.
  2. Preferably has Functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactors
  3. Can work on multiple projects simultaneously
  4. Preferably knowledge and experience with the following technologies:
    1. SQL
    2. XSLT
    3. Ruby on Rails
    4. Webservices (WSDL, REST) – Not required but a plus
    5. UNIX/LINUX scripting. Not required but a plus
  5. Preferably knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP XI/PI not required but good to have
