Job Description

We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to oversee multiple software development projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with developers and translating business needs into actionable plans.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage at least two IT/software development projects, ensuring milestones, workflows, and deliverables are met
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to track progress, resolve blockers, and align priorities
  • Maintain and update project boards (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Azure Dev Ops) to reflect accurate progress and reporting
  • Translate business requirements into structured, actionable project tasks and priorities
  • Define and track daily and weekly priorities for projects to ensure alignment across teams
  • Coordinate with developers on project milestones, progress, and deliverables

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience coordinating IT or software development projects
  • Strong background in working directly with developers and managing project interdependencies
  • Proven ability to structure project activities and tasks in a clear, actionable manner
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
