Job Opportunity

This is a stimulating position to work in a global organization in an Agile environment.

You will be part of a team delivering outstanding process automation products across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
  1. A member of an Agile team, delivering high-quality product increments in short iterations.
  2. Participating in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging of new and existing features.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to define clear acceptance criteria.
  4. Defining test plans and strategies, performing manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional aspects.
  5. Crafting and developing test frameworks and automation tools for continuous testing.
  6. Integrating AI/ML-based tools to improve test coverage and predict defects.
  7. Contributing to the CI/CD pipeline by integrating automation and ensuring test environment stability.
  8. Analyzing test coverage and results, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements.
  9. Participating in code reviews and promoting standard processes in testability and maintainability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices.
  • Experience in Agile testing, contributions to other SDLC activities, test automation frameworks, and tool development.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language applied in desktop, mobile, and/or web development projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in SAFe methodologies, multi-tiered system development, and familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Protractor, Cucumber, Gherkin, and knowledge of AI tools like GitHub Copilot and OpenAI.
