We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Auditor to enhance our design and project management teams.

Job Overview:
  • The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to review floor plans, elevations, renderings, finish legends, furniture specifications, and manufacturer quotes to ensure accuracy.
  • They must also confirm that product part numbers, finishes/finish codes, and pricing are consistent across all documentation.
  • Identifying discrepancies or missing information and collaborating with project team members to resolve these issues effectively is a crucial aspect of this role.
  • The successful candidate will maintain extensive knowledge of product lines, features, applications, and technical capabilities.

This position involves minimizing costly errors and ensuring seamless project execution from quotation to order.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and verify the accuracy of design documentation.
  2. Collaborate with project team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and technical capabilities.
  4. Ensure compliance with client standards and guidelines when applicable.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a commercial furniture dealership or similar contract furniture environment.
  • Familiarity with major commercial furniture manufacturers (experience with Haworth is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe (or similar PDF software) with the ability to make edits and comments.

A strong desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
