Job Description Overview- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the company's products and services, to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor sales approaches and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently, utilizing effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on sales progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Proven sales experience in a related industry, demonstrating a track record of success and achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applied to analyze customer needs and develop targeted sales approaches.
