Specialist: Compliance Officer

Main Responsibilities
  • Investigate reported non-compliance incidents, fraud allegations and compile comprehensive reports thereon.
  • Deliver compliance awareness initiatives within the organization.
  • Maintain and audit the implementation of compliance controls.
  • Prepare detailed compliance reports for stakeholders.
  • Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure effective information management practices.
Requirements
  • Matric (NQF Level 4) plus a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Law or Auditing.
  • Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level7) in Law or Auditing as an added advantage.
  • Certificate in Compliance Management as an added benefit.
Work Experience
  • 4-6 years' experience in Legal, Audit, and Compliance management.
