Neksjob is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our BPO QC Site, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can effectively guide customers in resolving product-related concerns through clear instructions. You will also work closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
