  • As a key member of our research team, you will work independently and with guidance from the MR Head/Manager to deliver high-quality research projects.
  • You will meet with internal stakeholders to discuss project details and manage their expectations by providing regular progress updates.
  • We are looking for someone who can recommend relevant research projects and programs based on internal stakeholders' business issues and insight needs.
  • Your responsibilities will include preparing project proposals using customized research methodologies and well-thought-out frameworks.
  • You will design respondent-friendly questionnaires and conduct qualitative fieldwork, including focus groups and interviews.
  • Secondary data research and report writing are also integral parts of this role.
  • You will collaborate with Scale and Business Verticals to develop consultative relationships and manage research projects conducted through third-party suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • A strong passion for market research and a solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative studies.
  • Excellent data interpretation and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is necessary, and experience with statistical software and data processing is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Stakeholder Tracker Studies is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
