About the Role

You'll be responsible for designing and executing consumer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, owning our paid marketing strategy and budget optimization, developing and testing compelling messaging that resonates with Filipino consumers, and creating and optimizing the consumer journey from first touch to active usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute consumer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
  • Owning our paid marketing strategy and budget optimization
  • Developing and testing compelling messaging that resonates with Filipino consumers
  • Create and optimize the consumer journey from first touch to active usage
  • Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities
  • Work with our content team to create high-impact marketing materials
  • Build and execute retention and referral programs
  • Optimize app store presence and conversion

About You:

  • 2+ years experience in consumer/growth marketing roles
  • Strong track record in paid social advertising (especially Facebook/Instagram)
  • Experience with mobile app marketing and user acquisition
  • Data-driven approach with experience in analytics and A/B testing
  • Excellent project management and execution skills
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Background in consumer products/services (healthcare experience not required)
