The role of Senior Full-Stack Developer at a growing SaaS company presents a unique opportunity to join the founding team as a trusted technical partner. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full-stack development, specifically with the Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Azure). Strong front-end basics, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap are also necessary.

This is not a technical support role but rather a key position that requires direct collaboration with the technical founder on product priorities and architecture. The successful candidate will be able to independently investigate bugs across both application logic and database layers. A strong command of the Microsoft stack and ability to work closely with a founder/CTO in a startup-style environment are essential for this position.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $2,500 to $3,100 per month, depending on experience, and an annual bonus up to 150% of monthly salary. Benefits include 13th month pay, 16 Days PTO, comprehensive HMO policy, and an annual continuing education budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new features and functionality across the Microsoft stack.
  • Maintain, debug, and improve existing codebase.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and production bugs.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on product priorities and architecture.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer in a SaaS environment.
