Job Title: Social Media Content Strategist

Fairy Skin Beauty Product Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and audience needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development and Management: Develop a content marketing strategy that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement across social media platforms.
  • SEO and Analytics: Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to increase content visibility and drive organic traffic to our website.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns that are tailored to our target audience's needs and preferences.
  • Audience Engagement: Research and understand our target audience's needs, preferences, and pain points to create engaging content and emails.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content, including email content, is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for user experience.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovative content marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to create synergistic content and email campaigns that support overall business objectives.
  • Reporting and Strategy Adjustment: Regularly report to senior management on content and email marketing progress and impacts on business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in content strategy, content creation, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content marketing strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to create and manage a content calendar.
  • Ability to perform keyword research and use SEO strategies to enhance content visibility.
  • Experience in monitoring and interpreting analytics to measure content effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to design and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to engage with audiences across social media and other platforms.
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure brand consistency in all content.
