Job Description

We are seeking a skilled GenAI Copywriter to join our team. This role involves using the Pencil platform to create high-quality, high-performing ads for regional enterprise clients. As a GenAI Copywriter, you will work closely with a team and be responsible for writing, researching, and conceptualizing creative content that showcases the capabilities of GenAI.

You will require experience with GenAI tools and the ability to inspire a team with creative solutions. One key measure of your success will be your ability to deliver impact for our clients and fame for your work.

Responsibilities
  • Write, research, and conceptualize creative content that brings readership and encourages sharing.
  • Master a variety of brand voices.
  • Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution.
  • Set tone and drive creativity, working closely with the creative lead to ensure creative excellence.
  • Maintain a high awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.
  • Work with our Training team to actively explore, implement, and explain new GenAI techniques to help our wider user base achieve high-quality creative outputs.
  • Work with our teams to test new GenAI features and provide feedback to drive platform improvements.
Requirements
  • Strong experience writing for digital (minimum 3+ years of digital agency experience).
  • A powerful grasp of how content can play out across multiple mediums.
  • Able to use data and insight to inform creative.
  • A flair for words.
  • The ability to think conceptually when needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine and translate complex material from different sources and contexts into stories and content that engage and resonate with target audiences.
  • Confident presenting and communicating clearly to other team members and clients.
  • Confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment.
  • A passionate and inspiring creative.
  • The aptitude to learn new software and programmes efficiently and effectively.
  • Self-motivated, working with little supervision.
  • Collaborative team player, open-minded – non-political.
  • Discrete about all confidential and personal information.
  • Driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player.
  • Willingness to learn and incorporate AI into design processes.
