Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:
    • Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of 5 RPA developers, fostering their professional growth and development.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training opportunities.
    • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring balanced workloads and maximizing team productivity.
    • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • RPA Development & Management:
    • Oversee the entire RPA lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process analysis to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
    • Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to the development team.
    • Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
    • Manage the RPA backlog, prioritizing projects and ensuring timely delivery.
    • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.
    • Hands-on involvement in development when required, particularly for complex automations or to cover team absences.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation needs and identify potential RPA opportunities.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Process Improvement & Strategy:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's RPA strategy.
    • Ensure prioritization according to overarching business objectives.
    • Identify and evaluate new RPA tools and technologies.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve RPA processes and optimize automation performance.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends and best practices.
    • Manage licensing and spending recommendations.
