Responsibilities
  • Verify that third-party relationships comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines and industry best practices;
  • Manage third-party risk management lifecycle activities:
    • Risk assessment
    • Due diligence
    • Ongoing monitoring
    • Termination
  • Oversee a team of third-party risk management professionals;
  • Offer third-party risk management expertise to business owners;
  • Improve third-party risk management processes and procedures through collaboration with other company subject matter experts;
  • Promote new third-party risk management initiatives and resolve organizational challenges.
Qualifications
  • A proactive individual requiring minimal supervision;
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills;
  • Ability to adapt to diverse time zones;
  • At least 7 years of experience in risk compliance, third-party risk management;
  • Prior experience in third-party risk management, vendor management, and relationship management;
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written, for interacting with various levels of the organization;
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field;
  • Knowledge of or experience in reviewing business contracts;
  • Knowledge of or experience in IT security.
