Job Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Analyst for Jollibee Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products meets the highest standards. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to guarantee they adhere to established quality standards.

About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst who possesses a Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent. A licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician is required, with at least 1 to 2 years of related working experience in the food industry or manufacturing. Knowledge of good laboratory practices, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 17025 is preferred. Additionally, you must be able to work in a hot/cold environment and adapt to shifting schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physico-chemical tests based on laboratory procedures and quality plans for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
- Perform inspections and checks within the production plant to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in the implementation of quality control programs and prepare training manuals and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and process enhancements.
