Accurate Branch Records Specialist

As a field auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of branch records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify the authenticity of branch records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct physical inventory checks and reconciliations to ensure that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of sales documents before releasing units to customers and submitting them for financing.
  • Confirm customer information and unit verification to ensure the correctness of data in credit investigation reports, applications, and sales invoices.
  • Investigate and clarify audit findings, issuing audit memorandums to personnel as necessary.
  • Discuss and suggest improvements to branch operations and policies with the manager and personnel.
  • Recommend new policies and procedures to enhance branch operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of audit schedules, materials, findings, and data gathered.
  • Conduct cash counts and reconcile branch funds to ensure all collections or funds are intact.
  • Submit documented audit reports with recommendations after every engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Financial Management.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in operations auditing is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, result-oriented, and high integrity; committed to confidentiality.
