Job Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Data & Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll bridge analytics and engineering to make information accessible, accurate, and actionable.

This is a high-output, high-ownership position that requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and builds solutions that scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate needs into working prototypes, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Develop and deliver reporting packs for managers, directors, and executives.
  • Analyze productivity and performance data across departments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain real-time dashboards using SQL, BI platforms, and embedded Google Sheets.
  • Maintain KPI definitions, data dictionaries, and process documentation.
Technical Requirements
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (including advanced formulas, automation, and cross-sheet integrations).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs, with the ability to write and maintain scripts.
  • Experience with BI tools (Domo, Tableau, or equivalent) and data pipeline automation.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools.
