About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Drafter to join our team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings, mentoring junior drafters, and coordinating with offshore or cross-functional counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings for civil infrastructure projects.">
  • Mentor and guide junior drafters to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.">
  • Coodinate with engineers, technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of design documentation.">
  • Contribute to collaborative design reviews and provide input on design modifications to improve the quality and function of the design.">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in civil drafting.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • At least 5 years' experience in civil drafting, preferably in a consulting industry.">
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to successful project outcomes.">
  • Prior experience working with BIM workflows and tools such as Navisworks, ProjectWise, or Revit is highly desirable.">
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD software and ability to produce high-quality drawings using this tool.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.">
