This role plays a pivotal part in our company's growth strategy, requiring the execution of digital marketing efforts and brand design ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement two high-quality newsletters per month, focusing on engaging content for clients and leads.
  • Create and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages to drive results.
  • Analyze campaign performance, tracking open rates, CTR, and subscriber growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong digital marketing skills, including experience with HubSpot, as well as expertise in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.

Requirements
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proven ability to set up and manage HubSpot campaigns, workflows, and analytics.
  • Design Expertise: Strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.
  • Content Creation: Confident creating and formatting blogs, case studies, and social posts.
  • Lead Ops Knowledge: Comfortable researching leads via LinkedIn, scoring, and preparing for sales.
  • Reporting Mindset: Strong analytical skills, able to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements.
