Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to develop high-impact creative design briefs for our marketing and sales divisions targeting enterprise HR and Benefits Professionals, and Financial Advisers in the UK.

This role involves working across Adobe's creative suite, Figma, and video/animation editing tools to execute various prospect-facing design tasks such as social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos.

You will manage the end-to-end creative briefing process, collecting requests from the growth team, prioritizing, and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets required deadlines.

Responsibilities include maintaining and consistently using our visual identity and brand guidelines across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos
  • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all channels while injecting fresh, eye-catching creativity
  • Adapt visuals for various platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance and readability
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align visuals with campaign goals
  • Manage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines, from concept to final delivery
  • Stay updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging platforms
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a marketing designer, graphic designer, or similar role
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Must have animation creation and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements for each
  • Experience working with website graphics and design in a B2B environment
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Keen analytical mind, and able to optimize design for performance using data-driven insights
