Video Content Developer

This role involves creating engaging video content for our organization's digital presence. As a Video Content Developer, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, planning, writing, shooting, and editing short-form and long-form video content for various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand goals
  2. Plan, write, shoot, and edit video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
  3. Be the on-camera personality for content that is authentic, humorous, and engaging
  4. Assist in managing creative assets, updating marketing calendars, and tracking deadlines
  5. Support influencer outreach, product gifting, and content follow-up
  6. Organize and manage marketing files, folders, and internal documents to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of college education
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation as a brand talent, videography, or digital media; prior experience assisting in a marketing or creative environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording techniques
  • Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 EFSET level)
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
