Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Business Strategist to support our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you'll work closely with different teams to identify business needs, analyze data, and develop solutions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data from digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM) to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.

  • Create reports and dashboards that empower marketing and other relevant teams to utilize data and information effectively for informed decision-making, strategic planning, and performance optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure buy-in and support for digital marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze digital marketing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experienced candidates with 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role preferably in the field of e-commerce, marketing, or technology are preferred
  • Extremely tech-savvy, able to pick up new software and applications quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools is required
  • Good knowledge of various reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies is necessary
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills - analytical, innovative, and has a creative mindset
  • Highly adaptable to change and fast-paced environment
