Job Overview

Responsibilities

As a Senior High School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the instructional program to assigned classes. This includes preparing lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and providing regular feedback on their performance.

  • Preparation of lesson plans using the prescribed format and submission to the Subject Area Coordinator
  • Delivery of daily lessons to assigned classes according to prepared lesson plans with flexibility for adjustments
  • Evaluation of student progress through quizzes, tests, exams, and other forms of evaluation
  • Provision of regular feedback on student performance
  • Maintenance of student records
  • Initiation of conferences with students and parents as needed
  • Participation in year level and subject area meetings, convocations, general faculty meetings, masses, faculty retreats, community spiritual hour, and committee work
Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Professional License in Secondary Education or equivalent
  • At least one year of teaching experience in secondary education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team with a warm personality and flexible attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite applications
