Route to Market Strategist
Key Responsibilities:- Develops and implements comprehensive Route to Market (RTM) strategies, plans, processes, and sales force capabilities in assigned regions.
- Leders the distribution unit to align with new RTM strategies for system-wide growth and expansion.
- Sure that implementation of affiliate's sales training strategy and collaborates with assigned region to ensure technical knowledge and correct execution of roles and responsibilities.
- Coodinates RTM activities and adjusts routes to meet customer needs, improve efficiencies, and analyzes and resolves work problems by developing leading-edge RTM programs.
- Conceptualizes ideas in relation to the development of the RTM plan in assigned regions both in the short term and long term.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Science, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- At least 3 years relevant experience.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Analytical and creative thinking.
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to handle North Luzon Region.
