Role Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to conceptualize, develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns across various customer segments, focusing on acquisition, retention and re-engagement strategies. This involves creating compelling email content, managing subscriber lists and analysing campaign performance to optimise results.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing automated email sequences, including welcome series, abandoned cart recovery and post-purchase follow-ups. They will also conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times and design elements to continuously improve campaign performance.

Other key responsibilities include ensuring all email and SMS campaigns and templates are error-free, testing email templates in Litmus to ensure they render across devices and conducting regular testing to ensure correct filters are set up and correct profiles are entering at the right time.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will create and build email templates using Klaviyo's drag-and-drop builder, assist with the creation of sign-up forms and review and set up client tech stack integrations in Klaviyo.

Strong analytical skills, experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot, proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customisation and troubleshooting are essential requirements for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of email marketing or digital marketing experience
