Remote Accounting Professional

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to provide accounting support for a client in the promotional products industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Enter all supplier invoices into financial management systems
  • Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and check runs
  • Generate client invoices upon order completion
  • Conduct routine collection follow-ups and issue past-due notices
  • Manage royalty entry and submissions
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions
  • Perform general administrative support and resolve accounting issues as assigned

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with a solid understanding of core accounting principles and reporting practices. The ability to handle shifting priorities and work independently is essential in this remote environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience in a professional setting
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong Office Suite skills
