Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-driven individual with a talent for collaboration. As our entry-level Forms Designer, you'll collaborate with seasoned professionals, gaining invaluable insights and expertise.

In this role, you'll be pivotal in infusing intelligence into our existing Real Estate Forms & Contracts, ensuring seamless integration with our Transaction Management System.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Work with Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat PDF files
  • Utilize internally built software tools to program Forms & Contracts that simplify data entry for users
  • Collaborate in a team setting to build, develop, test, and improve products
  • Give and receive constructive feedback in a peer review environment
  • Stay up to date on product updates and software releases
  • Take ownership of decision-making and utilize data to make informed choices
Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in a work environment using computers
  • Experience working with digitally supplied PDF documents, preferably in the real estate industry or legal sector
  • Previous experience executing basic MSSQL commands beneficial but not necessary
  • Proficiency in software such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately convey complex information through design
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of digital forms and e-signature platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of Java script is an asset
Education
  • Completion of General Education, supplemented by relevant college or university coursework
Skills and Abilities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills when working directly with clients
  • Attention to detail and ability to self-pace to produce work free from errors
  • Methodically check and test your completed work for accuracy
