Creative Packaging Specialist

A Junior Packaging Designer supports the development of product packaging by assisting the design and creative teams in creating functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing solutions.
About the Role- Creative Asset Development: Prepare print-ready artwork alongside the compliance team, ensuring all brand guidelines, legal requirements, and deadlines are met.
- Design Adaptation: Adapt existing designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
- Packaging Refinement: Support the refinement of packaging assets to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
- Trend Research: Research trends, materials, and competitor packaging for inspiration.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design, preferably with at least 1 year in a coordinator or similar role.
- Intermediate proficiency in design software, preferably Adobe Illustrator. Experience with Photoshop is strongly preferred.
This role involves sitting most of the time but may also involve moving briefly. Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
