Job Summary
  • We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant to create visually stunning designs that captivate audiences across various digital and print media.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. They will work closely with clients to develop high-quality graphics that align with brand identity and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design Creation: Develop captivating designs for web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements.
  2. Tool Proficiency: Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create designs by hand or using digital tools.
  3. Visual Optimization: Select fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance visual appeal and readability.
  4. Client Collaboration & Revision: Develop draft designs for client review and revise based on feedback.
  5. Quality Assurance: Proofread and review final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
  6. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
  7. AI Design Integration (Preferred): Leverage expertise in AI models and manipulate products on AI models using AI tools, especially for apparel design.
  8. Packaging Design (Preferred): Utilize expertise in packaging (print production knowledge such as product mockup, dielines, bleed, emboss, foil, spot UV, etc.).
