Our organization seeks a seasoned Zoho Specialist to spearhead the migration of our core operations to Zoho One, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the migration of inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial performance.
  • Implement smooth third-party integrations using Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect.
  • Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow productivity.
  • Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
  • Provide comprehensive training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance.
  • Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator).

Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect).

Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.).

Background in business process automation and optimization for jewelry or retail industries.

Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements.

Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting.

Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring data accuracy during migration and system management.
