Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to build, ship, and evolve a product that supports thousands of businesses. The candidate will have freedom and accountability in leading the full development lifecycle of the EO Command Center software.

About the Job
  • The jobholder will define and implement the technical roadmap ensuring scalability, security, and integration capabilities.
  • They will lead the team, setting the standard for best practices, writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • They are responsible for integrating the platform with external tools and APIs (CRM, AI assistants, analytics, project management software, etc.).
  • They must gather feedback from internal users and clients to continuously improve the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership: Lead the full development lifecycle of the EO Command Center software.
  • Architecture & Design: Define and implement the technical roadmap.
  • Execution: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Integration: Connect the platform with external tools and APIs.
  • Innovation: Build in AI/automation layers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with company leadership to translate business objectives into technical deliverables.
  • Iteration: Gather feedback from internal users and clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years in software development with a proven track record of building SaaS products end-to-end.
  • Tech Stack Mastery: Proficiency in modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Next.js, Python/Django/Flask, or similar).
  • Databases & APIs: Expertise in database design (SQL/NoSQL) and third-party API integrations.
  • AI/Automation: Working knowledge of AI/ML integration (OpenAI, LangChain, or similar).
  • Security & Scalability: Experience designing secure, scalable systems for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to work autonomously, make key decisions, and take full ownership of deliverables.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and willing to own the project from concept to market launch.
